All services requested through Ekenechi LLC require completion of a Consultation Intake Form prior to scheduling. This form allows us to review your request in advance and determine whether a consultation or service engagement is appropriate.

Please complete the Consultation Intake Form before submitting a booking request. Consultations and services will not proceed, and access details (including Zoom links or scheduling confirmations) will not be provided, unless the intake form has been submitted, reviewed, and approved.
